METRO MANILA – Here are the official Small Town Lottery (STL) results for today, February 24, 2021 based on the official PCSO draws for Visayas and Mindanao.
PCSO releases STL Lotto Result – Pares, Swer2, and Swer3, three times per day for Visayas and Mindanao draws. STL is PCSO’s mass-based local lottery in provinces or in highly urbanised cities.
Aside from Visayas and Mindanao, STL areas of operation also includes Northern and Central Luzon Region (NCL), Southern Tagalog and Bicol Region (STBR), and National Capital Region (NCR).
The new STL is a democratized form of the grassroots-based lottery and charity first introduced during the time of President Corazon Aquino. Incorporating the lessons learned from the first STL, the new, reinforced STL was launched in mid-February 2006 under a test-run mode.
