In an effort to rally its leaders around a unified mission, XFM Broadcasting Network, Inc. organized its inaugural Top Level Management Conference at the BE GRAND Resort in Panglao, Bohol.
Themed “Tuning in to Success,” the conference brought together managers from over 40 radio stations across the Philippines, underscoring the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
Dr. Remelito Uy, CEO of XFM Broadcasting Network, accompanied by Vice-President Mdm Olivine, his wife, delivered a stirring message to the attendees.
Dr. Uy emphasized the network’s ambitious mission: to significantly expand its audience across the Philippines through both broadcast and other media platforms.
