Filipino Homes, the Philippines’ largest real estate marketing network, has officially established its international office hub in Dubai, marking its entry into the Middle East market and capitalizing on the region’s large Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) population.
The expansion follows the recent acquisition of residency by Filipino Homes Founder and President Anthony Leuterio, granting him the ability to conduct business starting with Dubai, soon in other Middle Eastern countries.
The company views Dubai as a strategic gateway for reaching nearly two million Filipinos living and working in the region.
To mark its official entry into the Middle East, Filipino Homes hosted its first-ever leadership training event at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai, attended by top leaders from its global network.
The training focused on equipping participants with professional skills and promoting real estate investment opportunities for OFWs.
Leuterio highlighted the strategic importance of Dubai, noting that the company’s presence there would empower OFWs by providing leadership skills and enabling secure investment opportunities in Philippine real estate.
He underscored that the expansion aims to help Filipinos abroad build financial stability through real estate investments.
“The Middle East is home to nearly 2 million Filipinos, many of whom are looking for ways to secure their financial future,” said Leuterio adding that by expanding Filipino Homes in Dubai, “we are not just growing as a company—we are creating opportunities for OFWs to build wealth through real estate.”
The Dubai initiative represents a significant transition for Filipino Homes from traditional brokerage services to a comprehensive, international real estate marketing platform, firmly establishing its long-term presence in the Middle East.
