Megaworld, JLL Forge Strategic Partnership to Elevate PH Real Estate Standards

Megaworld Corp, one of the Philippines’ largest property developers, has entered into a strategic partnership with global real estate services firm JLL to enhance its leadership in the country’s real estate sector, the companies said on Monday.

The collaboration marks a first-of-its-kind initiative in Philippine real estate, with JLL set to provide Megaworld with strategic advisory services aligned with international standards. The scope of services includes research, consulting, project development, property technology solutions, and innovations in building management, sustainability, and wellness.

The partnership also aims to elevate safety, security, and resilience measures across Megaworld’s developments in line with global benchmarks.

“This type of partnership has never been done before in the local industry,” said Joey Radovan, country head of JLL Philippines. He noted that JLL will introduce new services focused on sustainability, technology, and health to help raise the standards of Megaworld’s projects.

Megaworld President Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso said the partnership will enable the company to further innovate and integrate global real estate expertise into its developments.

JLL, a Fortune 200 company with operations in over 80 countries, brings extensive experience in real estate and investment management across Asia-Pacific markets. It has supported a wide range of projects in commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential segments.

The partnership is expected to position Megaworld to better compete regionally while advancing the evolution of real estate development in the Philippines.
